Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgeWise mobile application. By downloading or using AgeWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app
AgeWise provides age calculations, a countdown to your next birthday, and gift-idea suggestions. Features may change over time. The app is provided free of charge and may include advertisements.
2. Eligibility
You must be allowed to use AgeWise under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and our Privacy Policy with you.
3. Your content and data
You are responsible for the birth date and any gift ideas you enter. Age calculations and countdowns depend on the date you provide. Gift ideas you add are stored on your device.
Do not enter information you are not allowed to use. Do not use AgeWise to store or share unlawful content.
4. Gift ideas
Built-in and shuffled gift ideas are for inspiration only. They are not offers to sell products, not recommendations of specific retailers, and not guarantees of suitability, price, or availability.
5. Ads
AgeWise may display ads from Google AdMob and similar partners. Ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for websites or apps you visit after tapping an ad. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising relates to data.
6. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AgeWise on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit AgeWise except as allowed by law.
7. Intellectual property
AgeWise, the AgeWise name, logo, and app design are owned by Mohcine Badour or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer
AgeWise is provided “as is” and “as available.” Age and countdown figures are for personal interest. We do not warrant that they are error-free in every time zone or calendar edge case, or that the app will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of AgeWise. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for AgeWise in the 12 months before the claim (which is currently zero if you downloaded the free app).
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
10. App stores
If you downloaded AgeWise from Apple or Google, their standard terms also apply. Those companies are not responsible for support of AgeWise; contact us at the email below.
11. Changes and termination
We may update AgeWise or these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. We may stop offering the app. You may stop using AgeWise at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
